I prevailed in a high profile murder case, a packed courtroom with standing room only, I was able to exonerated my client without waiving speedy trial.
I prevaileda in Robbery of a business where three eyewitnesses ( 2 employees and a customer) identified my client as the suspect as they viewed the photopak. At trial those three witnesses testified and my client was found not guilty.
I prevailed in a theft/dealing in stolen property case, where the government brought the Co-Defendant from prison and he stated he'd received nothing in exchange for his testimony. I believed my client, who rejected the government's prison offer and she walked out of the courthouse exonerated, after finally finding someone who would fight for her.
I prevailed in a theft trial where my client was identified by the store clerk shortly after the crime was committed. Although I lost the pretrial motion to suppress the identification, I won the trial.
A five minute Not Guilty in Sarasota County, no depositions were completed as I picked the case up after it was set for trial, it was an 8 count Information, 4 counts of Grand Theft & 4 Counts False Information to a Pawnbroker. I won 2 counts on JOA (based on trial testimony), the jury found my client Not Guilty of the other 6 counts. I simply asked my client what occurred and he walked out of the courthouse after the Verdicts were read after refusing to plea to prison for crimes he didn't commit.

Those are my three rules because by the time you realize you may need a trial consultant, the decision has already been made to proceed to trial. All depositions and pretrial motions should be complete and the case should already be set for trial. All I need you to provide is the discovery, I can build the trial file that you'll walk into the courtroom with.
I do not offer consultations or refund, I figure that by the time you contact me, the decision has already been made to proceed to trial, and all pretrial motions and depositions are complete. 😊
I grew up in foster care in Indian River County, I didn’t hear from my mother for 22 years, I was about 14 when I confirmed no one in Indian River County ever searched for her. Growing up and going through all I went through as a child strengthened me for the nastiness of the people in the legal profession when they decided once again they would show me that they’ll do and say whatever to justify the behavior of judges and lawyers. I owe student loans I shouldn’t have to pay (because I grew up in foster care) and I don’t have a law license (because of jealousy and corruption) I should have because nasty people don’t care whether you’re a little girl or grown woman when they have God show them, he is who he say he is and he will do what he said he’ll do.
Every time I hope to find resources to help a young person who has aged out of Foster Care, I realize that although they have help I didn’t have, they still need more help. My advice to all of them is pray to travel the world, I’ve travelled to other countries and it’s been a blessing to have travelled to so many places. I was placed temporarily and remained with that person, he raised me because he wanted to and made it clear that I owe no one anything and no one is to ask me for anything because he raised me because he wanted to. His great parenting and his allowing me to continue to live with him while I was at Indian River State College allowed me to help a lot of people in Manatee County after I graduated law school.
