Post Conviction books should answer a lot of questions people have regarding their case, lawyers are most definitely supposed to be able to answer those questions, there are books near the bottom of this page on Amazon may be helpful and whichever one or ones you choose should be purchased. The cases mentioned near the bottom of the page contain case law and arguments of people who have or are fighting or who should continue fighting, meeting deadlines are important and being certain all requirements are met is important. Fighting in State Court is different than fighting in Federal Court, especially when you live in a racist State like Florida, the Federal Courts require you to fight in State Court first. The Innocence Project took Andre’s case (before 10 years of imprisonment) and my arguments and got him released without getting him paid, I didn’t agree with that but I was glad that he got his freedom although he didn’t get justice. We both understood he would have had to sit longer as a result of racism if we would have done it my way, for him to have freedom and justice. He called every county in Florida looking for help after he was screwed over by lazy or racist white lawyers (trial and appeal), who had to have seen what I saw, if they didn’t see it, why were they licensed, and if it wasn’t there, how did the Innocence Project get him released. I miss Andre, I hope that he got his wings, his case shows that innocent people have to keep contacting lawyers and asking for help. I believe it was racism that allowed lawyers to allow him to be sent to be prison and allowed him to remain there, why else weren’t the proper arguments made? Law Enforcement in this country is so corrupt, Andre did 8 1/2 years in prison for a crime he shouldn’t have been prosecuted for, I lost my law license because they joined the team of evil people who had been after a kidnapped African Orphan, Kyren Lacy is dead rather than in the NFL because of corrupt law enforcement. Andre Bryant ended up in prison because someone allegedly robbed the spouse of a law enforcement officer, do you know how many government employees or spouses of government employees lied on me or had people lie on me, pull my Florida Bar file.

High Profile Case? & Speedy Trial
I prevailed in a high profile murder case, a packed courtroom with standing room only, I was able to exonerate my client without waiving speedy trial. A hardworking and intelligent lawyer knows that they are supposed to get all of their work done within the speedy trial period. The prosecutor looked like a fool trying to convince my client and the judge, I needed a continuance. He didn’t know that I’d gone to the location where the murder occurred with my client before I dropped him off at the jail, its always best for an attorney to go to the scene of a crime and if possible with their client. Frank won in front of an all white jury, yes black defendants can win in front of all white juries while being represented black lawyers. I did such a great job, I advised the co-defendants lawyer to pull my closing argument, the morning his client was set to pick a jury, the case was dropped.
In Sarasota county, Dwayne was accused of attempting to T-bone a law enforcement officer’s vehicle, he had a lazy lawyer, a white one who was banging on his desk as he attempted to threaten Dwayne into accepting a prison sentence in front of his mother. I believed Dwayne, I went to the Walmart parking lot and realized the government was withholding video Dwayne needed to exonerate him. I didn’t ask for a continuance to get the video the government should have given to Dwayne’s previous attorney, I knew I could win with or with the video, the charges were dropped before trial, before the end of the speedy trial period, I drove two hours from my office to exonerate Dwayne just before going into to to set it for trial within speedy trial.

Eyewitness I.D. Case? Having Talent, & Knowing the Law
The second Murder Trial I would have won was an eyewitness ID case, I did the important depositions prior to being sent to Florida State Hospital to allow the case to be stolen from me, my former client every two weeks was encouraged to take 30 years, he never forgot I kept telling him was going to win the case, his family contacted me and I advised them, he had already been exonerated in depositions, he was found not guilty at trial. Jamari’s case shows what happens when you have a hardworking & talented lawyer vs. a lazy lawyer who just wants your family’s money, his new attorney has no choice but to proceed to trial. I knew I was in danger while representing him and I remembered telling, don’t make a move unless they bring you my dead body, after I left the hospital, I’ll never forget his mom telling me her son said to her over the phone, she’d have to forgive him, he wasn’t taking 30 years for a murder he didn’t commit. I have to give God all the praise for all of my accomplishments, I made it home in time for him to proceed to trial with an attorney who finally reviewed everything after I was released from the Hospital.

After leaving Florida State Hospital, I prevailed in Robbery of a Metro PCS where three eyewitnesses ( 2 employees and a customer) identified my client as the suspect as they viewed a photopak. At trial those three witnesses testified and my client was found not guilty. Curiously,, although the witness and her mother had not witnessed a robbery nor looked at the person who entered the store, my client was identified as the person in the store by her in a photopak, there was video footage of a person entering the store, being at the counter and leaving,, bit viewing the video it was observed there was no behavior, movements, responses, or words by the witness or the store employee indicative that the store was being robbed or that it was being robbed with a firearm.

Co-Defendant Testimony? & Knowing Who The Victim Is Related To
I prevailed in Dealing In Stolen Property case, where the government brought the Co-Defendant from prison and he stated he'd received nothing in exchange for his testimony. I believed my client, who was tricked into entering the location where the jewelry was sold, where he and his former co-worker used her ID to sell the jewelry, rejected the government's prison offer and she walked out of the courthouse exonerated (found not guilty at trial), after finally finding someone who would fight for her. Her previous attorneys were afraid to fight for her because her co-defendant allegedly stole about $30,000 worth of jewelry from a State Attorney’s home, his wife was listed as the victim but he wasn’t, the other attorneys never told her who the victim in the case was & the government didn’t want her to know, her co-defendant wasn’t sentenced to his minimum mandatory prison sentence when he was sentenced, so of course, the person who actually stole the jewelry from the home (working as the A/C repairman) did receive something in exchange for his testimony. He bragged to me in depositions he was going to take her down, there was jealousy in his voice, he so many words he admitted he’d been using her to meet people to use drugs with them.

Police Show Up? & Knowing How To Litigate
I prevailed in a theft trial where my client was identified by the store clerk shortly after the crime was committed. Although I lost the pretrial motion to suppress the identification, I won the trial. My client was Identified by a person of his race. Although the judge didn’t believe the identification of my client was unreliable, the jury did. Lawyers have to know the law regarding show ups and identification procedures, they also have to know what should be litigated regarding identification procedures.
I felt that my client being on parole may have influenced the police as they detained him for the show up, pre-trial motions are to exclude or include something before trial, losing or winning a Pretrial Motion doesn’t mean you’re not to bring it up again or you shouldn’t expect the other side to bring it up again. You need a trial attorney who has actually litigated and won motions & litigated & won cases.
Being out late at night still resulted in a Parole Violation for my client, although he was found not guilty at trial, young people should watch these videos:

Unreliable Investigation? & Knowing How To Deal With Liars
My fastest verdict was a 5 minute Not Guilty in Sarasota County, no depositions were completed as I picked the case up after it was set for trial, it was an 8 count Information, 4 counts of Grand Theft & 4 Counts False Information to a Pawnbroker. I won 2 counts on JOA (based on trial testimony), the jury found my client Not Guilty of the other 6 counts. I simply asked my client what occurred and he walked out of the courthouse after the Verdicts were read after refusing to plea to prison for crimes he didn't commit. An attorney was foreperson for the jury, he stopped me after jury selection and wanted to know more about me because he thought I’d screwed up by agreeing that he be on the jury, he wanted to warn me that he’d follow the law in making a decision, he commented to me, it was odd both the prosecutor and I thought we were going to win. He nor the prosecutor were aware how many trials I had already won. Law Enforcement nor the Prosecutor knew that the accusers were actually drug dealers and thieves who had stolen my client's property from pawn shops after they'd found his family's pawn shop receipts in their home.

#Racist Prosecutions & Prison Sentences
This kid shouldn't have been charged, he shouldn't be facing the charges, if a white child would have defended himself when attacked by a black child after he'd warned that black child to do the lawful thing and not attack him, the white child wouldn't have been arrested. In the racist county this inciden happened, they'd like the continued violence towards blacks, unlawful and illegal violence towards blacks, this is why Mr. Anthony was unlawfully arrested, illegally held in custody, and is being unlawfully prosecuted. School rules, rules at home, and the law says you grab someone in charge when rules are being broken at school and at school events, or is it in white homes are children not taught to grab a adult and tell, ask an adult in charge to confirm, if this kid isn't supposed to be here in this area, allow an adult to find out if you're correct. Have an adult have this child leave this area or remove this child from the area or the event. Jealousy and bullying cost a child his life that day, he attacks an athletic kid that's obviously college bound, with the intent to physically harm him, have him arrested, have him kicked out of thr event, and have him removed from sports. The attack and lies that day are meant to stop another young black man from succeeding and to lock him away in prison for the rest of his life.

There are other murders than the police shootings of unarmed black people, rouge law enforcement officers have had women killed, raped, property stolen, and violently attacked who wouldn't sleep with them or marry them or help them traffick women or children. Rogue law enforcement brag theyve had people or will have people incarcerated to be after teenagers or young children in a person's family.

The Governor, The Legislature, or Florida Voters Can Change Legislation
Here's a case where the highest court in a State decided person's who received life sentences without the possibility of parole for crimes committed before they turned 21, should be considered for parole. Once upon a time, Florida did have parole and it can have parole again. Campaign to vote out everyone who wants blacks to continue to be mistreated by the criminal justice system while you have situations where they know murderers & criminals are only free because they are white or where white people received leniency because they're not black.

Governors, the Legislature, in Florida & Other States, VOTERS CAN REPEAL SENTENCING ENHANCEMENTS
Find out the process in your state for placing laws on the ballot to be voted on, it’s easy in Florida, that’s how felons got their right to vote and how the minimum wage was raised in Florida. Despite the lies about each of those ballot initiatives, they were both mine, I received reply emails regarding a nigger who was going to lode her law license once other criminal defense lawyers realized they weren’t going to get past the initiative language I suggested to them. I forwarded the emails with the proposed ballot language & the offensive replies to pastors who I knew would get the language to the right people. As I was online being taunted with my law license, my freedom, and my life were going to be taken and what would be my response, I laughed and said I’d raise minimum wage, I devised the game plan of it rising a dollar a year, every year until it hit $15.00 an hour, each year in October so that it would hit the ballot again a little over a month after it hits $15.00 an hour. Obviously that wasn’t the whole plan, taking the law license never stopped the convictions or lawsuits for the killings of unarmed blacks by law enforcement or Nazi’s or stopped me from taking down sexual predators.
Although Sentence Enhancements Are Supposed To Be Filed Against Everyone They Apply To, They Are Not
Former Presidents, Governors, & Legislators were In the media admitting when the legislation was passed on the federal level or at the State level, it was to enhance the sentences of BLACKS ONLY, legislation like Drug Sentences, Drug Enhancements, Firearm Enhancements, Florida’s PRR & HFO statutes were enacted to significantly increase maximum and minimum sentences, adding almost a decade, a decade, or decades to sentences. We no longer live in a world where people are still getting away with oppressive and repressive behavior regarding blacks. Current Presidents, Governors, & Legislators who are still for that type of behavior do not deserve the positions and salaries they have, if 10 people run for the same position, the odds of legislation change increases dramatically. The people who shouldn’t win the primary or the spot on the ballot on the November ballot are the oppressive & repressive minded & behaving people, elected people understand they’re elected to represent everyone, advocate for everyone, ect.
If young black children are struggling to have a decent place to sleep at night, a hot bath before bed, a hot meal before bed, breakfast before school starts, lunch during the school day, clean clothes, and a clean living environment because of legislation enacted by former Presidents and Governors and Prosecutors, Judges, & Law Enforcement only apply the legislation to blacks, it’s using the law to intentionally have children failing in school, struggling emotionally and with their health, whether these laws affect you as a child or as an adult as she endeavor to position yourself to be able to earn a wage that you can live or support a family on, it’s still systematically (because the laws have been enacted nationwide) oppressing your right to be healthy, to be safe, to be educated, to earn a living, to heal, to be healed, to love, to have relationships, to have goals, to achieve goals, to be a parent.

You can also advocate for a candidate as the election approaches but make certain the work for the legislation’s language and the plan for implementation is already complete, we don’t live in a society where you can believe everyone who wants to be elected, they can show you, they’d like to be elected or re-elected before the election. People are sitting in prison for possessing and selling drugs that were less fatal than the drugs that are currently being sold, where deaths weren’t attributed to a particular individual, they are serving life in prison or the equivalent of a life sentence, while people who intentionally sold drugs they knew were causing fatalities (like drugs containing fentanyl) get life in prison for murder, this is a disparity that also needs to be addressed.

Children's Village in Vero Beach, Florida is a great place to send clothing and gifts to teenage boys and girls 13 to 17 years old, who all have a status similar to what my ststus was as a child "orphan", both parents no longer have custody of the children, its the equivalentof an orphanage for teenagers. I always tell people to tell all of them to pray to travel the world, I’ve travelled to other countries and it’s been a blessing to have travelled to so many places. I was placed temporarily and remained with that person, he raised me because he wanted to and made it clear that I owe no one anything and no one is to ask me for anything because he raised me. His great parenting and his allowing me to continue to live with him while I was at Indian River State College allowed me to help a lot of people in Manatee County after I graduated law school. Enjoying Disbarment is a beautiful thing, a lot of people and police officers have gone to prison for murdering unarmed black people and I'm still traveling the world. ❤️
